Ethan Loney

On Friday April 9, 2010, precious two-year old Ethan Loney lost his battle with cancer. He was a friend of two-year old Jaden Duttine who is also battling cancer. I did not know Ethan personally, and I do not know Jaden personally; but I do know pain personally and I cannot begin to imagine the depth of pain that these two families are experiencing.

I am writing this post not to mourn Ethan's death, but rather to celebrate his life. His two remarkable years on Earth have touched the lives of many people, many times over. His life has taught us to love, reach out to others, and to live a life of gratitude. Thank you, Ethan, for your legacy of love and hope.
